The validation of the order by bank card is a mandate to pay the price all taxes included in the order.
Thanks to the protocol SSL and the 3Dsecure certificate, the Customer can safely transmit the card type (Blue Card, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard), the bank card number, the validity date and the cryptogram. These data are encrypted and secure, making fraud impossible.
Your transactions are cashed by the Caisse d’Epargne CE PROVENCE ALPES CORSE.
If the amount of your purchases is greater than or equal to €200, your order will then be eligible for payment in several times without charge via the ALMA payment solution.
Payment in twice from 200€, three times from 300€ and 4 times from 400€.
When selecting the payment method, you will then be offered to select the number of maturity you want. You will then be redirected to our ALMA partner's page to inform the requested information and then finalize the transaction. You can also save this information for your next purchases.
In some cases, payment may not be validated immediately and enters the course of verification. Some additional information may then be requested. These checks may include, for example, a webcam identity check (scan of the person's ID) and/or a credit check.
For cancellations or withdrawals on an order paid through this payment method, a cancellation fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund of the full amount included in your purchase.
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay your purchases instantly and simply with your email address and password. Your bank information (card or current account) does not need to be entered again.
Any transaction settled via PayPal offers you the option to pay in 4 times and free of charge if the amount of your order is between 30€ and 2000€. Find all the information here.
If you wish to pay your order by bank transfer, it will then be registered in our system and our RIB will automatically be communicated to you. You can also download it by clicking here. When you issue your transfer, you must mention the corresponding order number in order to identify it more easily.
From the date of registration of your order, you have 10 days to send us your transfer or proof of transfer, without which it will be cancelled.

It must be accompanied by a copy of the e-mail received from your order. The check must be on behalf of the person who made the order. If not, it must mention at the back of the cheque the order number and the customer number. He'll be cashed as soon as he's received. The processing of your order will be done from the date of receipt.
