The PS8 is equipped with advanced low-magnetic neodymium speakers designed by NEXO, which makes it extremely light and compact, usable near professional video or computer equipment sensitive to magnetic emissions. Dispersion, architecture and low weight, everything has been designed to give remarkable performances with a single speaker in the applications of façade sounding and back-of-stage, but also for background or front-end playback music

As with the new PS10-R2 and PS15-R2, this versatility is obtained through an asymmetrical dispersion pavilion with proprietary, easily configurable directivity (by users) on four positions per 90° rotation. Combined with the exceptional horizontal dispersion (50° to 100°) and vertical (55°) of the pavilion, it allows you to choose the mode best suited to the sounding of vertical or horizontal façade or as a stage return.
The passive 8Ω two-way design of the PS8 allows the performance of a bi-amplified enclosure from a single amplifier channel, reducing cost
size and complexity of the system, and a new design of the grid increases its lifetime while perfectly authorizing its use as a back stage.
