DAVE 8 ROADIE

With the DAVE 8 Roadie system, LD Systems gives a new meaning to its motto "Pro Audio in Motion" (audio pro in motion). This complete sonorization system, incorporating a total power amplification of 1400 Watts (peak), offers siding performance in mobile applications. It consists of a powerful 8" (20 cm) gravel box, pass-band type and satellites each incorporating two 4" (10 cm) transducers + a soft dome tweeter. It has been specially designed for musicians, for all kinds of mini-sonorization applications.

The DAVE 8 Roadie is equipped with 3 different inputs, which can be used simultaneously. One of the inputs, with a Combo connector ( XLR/jack 6,35 mm), is intended for a dynamic microphone. The second input has two RCA connectors (cinch), for computer, and two Combos, for mixing console or keyboards. The third offers a 3.5 mm stereo mini-jack and a 6.35 mm jack, and is used both for a MP3 player and for a live acoustic guitar - a selector allows to choose the operating mode of this input The amplification module integrated with the bass box works in Class A / B; high power, it supplies the caisson and satellites.

The DAVE 8 Roadie is equipped with the most common protective circuits The integrated limiter protects your system from overload and guarantees a long life. The serious box has a On/Off switch, a polarity reverser (180° phase reverse) and a dedicated volume setting potentiometer, which allows you to find the perfect balance between crystalline sharps, punchy medium and powerful severes.
