ALLEN & HEATH XONE 23

The Xone:23 is a mixer that responds to everything we expect from Allen & Heath! This compact but very practical mixer is suitable for DJs who want to have Allen ' Heath's unique sound, but do not need an extensive mixer. The sturdy design mixer has a shape in X, thanks to rack mounts on the side. It contains the basic qualities to discover unique mixings.

The Xone:23 is a compact DJ mixing table. As usual at Allen & Heath, the construction quality is excellent: there is no plastic. The Xone:23 has the famous Allen & Heath filters, just like a 3-band EQ per channel and even a send/return system to connect external equipment, such as a Kaossilator. The mixer crossfader can be set to your convenience, so that each transition is perfect. It is even compatible with Innofader, popular among many DJs. What strikes is the huge gain reserve of 20dB on XLR sorites, with +28dBu maximum. This means that it is able to pass its limit without distortion, which is the case with many expensive mixers.

Functionality and features of the Xone:23

Despite its size, the Xone:23 is a versatile mixer. Experiment among others with high pass and low pass filters, crossover switches, Kill feature EQ, and LED buttons to activate CUE by channel. A microphone can be connected with an XLR connector, just like an audio headphone with 3.5 or 6.5 mm jack connectors. The Xone:23 is therefore not equipped with an innumerable list of functions. Yet it is a mixer that contains all the basic qualities. In addition, they are very well developed.
