The AR133 delivers a symmetrical output on transformer that ensures real galvanic insulation.
The AR133 takes its power on the 48V ghost circuit of the console, or from an internal 9V battery, not supplied.

A forward led testifies to the presence of 48 V. If the 48V power is not available, the internal battery takes over, signaling the problem with a flashing of the led.
A switch isolates the mass of the input circuit from the output circuit, in order to prevent possible "mass closure".
